We have 2 paddle boards you can use on the quiet deep water canal or even rent boat or bring your own (we have 50 AMP electric and water at our dock).

This is a BEACH property! It is literally just a 4 minute walk to the famous Lauderdale-by-the-Sea Beach (yes we timed it — even with kids — and about 3 more minutes to the Pier and a large selection of more than 20 restaurants and more shops.
